When I try to launch Virtual CRASH, I see the splash screen, and then nothing happens. What should I do?
This issue is most commonly due to a USB driver conflict in Windows. To resolve the issue, please unplug all USB dongles and thumb drives from the computer – except for your Virtual CRASH USB dongle – and restart Virtual CRASH.
In very rare instances, the Virtual CRASH application may have trouble communicating with our license management server, which could cause Virtual CRASH to hang after launching. If you find Virtual CRASH hanging after launch, simply disconnect from the internet, launch Virtual CRASH, and after you see the application has properly started, reconnect to the internet.
