I'm getting a Windows compatibility message after installing Virtual CRASH updates. What should I do?
You may occasionally see the following prompt after installing Virtual CRASH updates:
Make sure you select "This program installed correctly" whenever you see this prompt. Selecting the other option will force Virtual CRASH to run in compatibility mode, which might negatively impact rendering times or even cause certain features to be disabled.
I accidentally selected the wrong option and now Virtual CRASH is running in compatibility mode. What should I do?
Navigate to your Virtual CRASH installation folder (e.g. Program Files/ > vizi/ > Virtual CRASH X/). Right-click the file named 'vcrashX.exe' and select "Properties". Within the properties menu, select the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" is deselected, as shown below.
Compatibility mode will now be disabled.
